Please find the below Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) once you have made a purchase on the website.
Exchanges
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we are offering an exchange service where you can swap the size or colour for the item of clothing you bought. If you want to exchange, you may return your item/s within 14 days of delivery where we will let you know once we have received the return and assess the garment for an exchange. If approved, we will aim to get the garment exchanged as soon as possible.
If your item is not returned to us after the 14-day period, we assume you are happy with the purchase and an exchange will not be offered. Your item must be in good condition and sent back in its original bespoke packaging with tags attached.
The returned items will be reviewed once returned. If the item has been worn excessively, altered or damaged, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you an exchange.
Exchange procedure
- Please contact us via (info@kaizen-clothing.co.uk) with your full name, address and order number.
- You will then need to repackage your item, please make sure it is packaged securely so prevent any damage in transit.
- Send it back to us at the address below:

- You will be responsible for covering the cost of postage for your return.
- You will receive an email from us once we have received your item
- We will aim to get the garment exchanged as soon as possible.

Orders
Currently, we are only accepting orders from the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Damages and issues
Once you have received your item, please inspect the garment/s and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the raised issue and respond accordingly. Please send enquiries to info@kaizen-clothing.co.uk.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We are currently not offering a refund service. Please see our Exchange T&C’s above if you are dissatisfied with your order.
SHIPPING
Pre orders: All orders placed before the release date will be classed as pre-orders and will be sent out for delivery by the Kaizen Clothing launch date. Stay tuned on our Instagram page for official release dates. Any purchases made after this date will be processed as live orders. The shipping terms and conditions for post launch are seen under ‘live orders’ below.
Live orders: We will aim to process your orders at the earliest opportunity. If you want your order urgently, please email us at (info@kaizen-clothing.co.uk) and we will do our best to process your order as quickly as we can - please select fast-track shipping if this is the case.
